OK, so I have a thing about bad breath. Don’t want it and don’t want to smell it – so please do your part to keep me happy!!!
Here’s what I do:
1. Start out by brushing your teeth at least twice a day. Most people (me!) don’t brush long enough – yes, that’s two minutes! – so I highly recommend you get a Sonicare Electric Toothbrush to make you! It’s timed into 4 cycles of 30 seconds each. I tried the Oral B brand but didn’t like it half as much as the Sonicare – my teeth just didn’t feel as clean with the Oral B.
